Layout Using Magnifique

What a week! We have had stomach flu, baseball tryouts, nerves from baseball tryouts, confirmation prep, nerves from confirmation prep, and more. I wanted to take a day off from work for ME. A me day! But it didn't happen. I did take a day to care for my poor son though. After the week of nerves, he made the 8th grade baseball team. Woo Hoo!! Not much time for scrappin but here is a layout from not to long ago. Pictures are from 2009 but pages were done in January. Will I ever catch up???

Here is a layout using CTMH paper Magnifique

Layout Using CTMH Mistletoe Paper

There are so many layouts that I start and never finish or are just waiting for the right finishing touch. And then there is the journaling. I know that is one of the most important parts of the layout, but I just find myself struggling for what to write. My friend found them called PHD for Pages Half Done. I like that one. My goal...to work on my PHD. In the mean time here is one that is finished, almost, it just needs the right pictures. I did this for the LOTM in December.

I used CTMH Mistletoe paper and the Cherish how to book.

Layout Using Lucky Paper

Here is my layout of the month pages for the month of March. At first, I wasn't too thrilled with this paper, however, after completeing the layout I am very pleased with how it turned out. I can't wait to do my next layout using this paper pack.

I used CTMH'S Lucky B&T Duo, Olive cardstock, cocoa ink, Bazzil~Navel cardstock, cut letters and stars from my cricut machine then embossed the stars with copper embossing powder, added some grosgrain ribbon and stamped with a stamp I got from Michaels. Inspired from Magic how to book

My First Card Swap

WOW! It's already been a week since I've been here. Wonder if I am really blog worthy. LOL

I have made my first card and actually did a swap. There were only 3 people swapping so there wasn't too much pressure.

The card was made using CTMH colors Lagoon, Pear, and Sunny Yellow and stamp D1352 IT'S YOUR DAY. Inspired by the Autum/Winter 2010 idea book
